April 19, 2013:
PACT Settlement Approved by Alabama Supreme Court

In an opinion released today, the Alabama Supreme Court approved the PACT settlement. Under the settlement, PACT will pay future tuition and mandatory fees at the fall 2010 rates of Alabama public institutions, with contract holders responsible for paying the difference.
